South River Looking to the Newly Protected Pratt Parcel

The mission of the NSRWA is to PROTECT our 95 square miles of watershed by working to protect open space, monitor invasive species, advocate for sustainable water policies, and mobilize support for local environmental projects; RESTORE by monitoring water quality and flows throughout the watershed, mobilizing supporters for river cleanups, working to clean up stormwater, and restore aquatic habitats, shellfish beds and fish passage; and EDUCATE by teaching children and adults to be stewards of the environment, sponsoring interns, training volunteers, providing technical assistance to towns and community groups, and providing a voice on watershed issues with local, state and federal agencies.
