This spring NSRWA hosted 4 high school interns for their community service projects; Makenna Palzkill, Nick Hoffman and Ryan Kilroy, from Norwell High School, and Caroline McDonald from Hanover High School. All of the students are seniors with an interest in environmental science. The interns came up with ideas to address water conservation issues in their town. Makenna and Caroline created custom painted rain barrels that will be up for raffle in their town library. Nick and Ryan created a video about water usage in Norwell. The students then gave their presentations to groups at their school and talked about what they learned through their internship. We thank them for their work and wish them the best in their future endeavors!
