SUMMARY:Guided Fly Fishing Expedition for Stripers
DESCRIPTION:Guided 4-hour fly fishing expedition for Striped Bass at the Spit. Have the experience of a lifetime fly fishing at the mouth of the North River. You must have your own equipment including your own saltwater fly rod with an appropriate line and waders. Flies and leaders will be provided if necessary.  The cost is $75 for NSRWA members\, $100 for non-members (includes membership). Space is limited to 6\, and includes the boat ride to the Spit. \nClick here to register. \nFAQs \nWhat are my transport/parking options getting to the event? \nRoht Marine has donated their docking service to NSRWA free of charge\, therefore we don’t want to take up parking spaces for their other paying customers. Parking at Roht Marine is very limited\, so we encourage carpooling or drop-offs. If you must park\, please do so at the scenic turn off on Rt. 3-A and walk over the bridge. Please arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. See Google map for parking location. \nTime: We will be launching promptly at 7:00am. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone and their gear loaded up. We may also have to shuffle some cars around so we’re not taking up too much room in the parking lot. We’ll be back at the parking lot by 11:00am. \nWhat can/can’t I bring to the event? \nYou must bring your ticket and your own gear.\nGear: You should bring your own fly rods and reels. If you have other gear (flies\, leaders\, stripping baskets) please bring that as well. We’ll have a couple extra stripping baskets\, some flies and a few leaders in case people need them. You should also bring/wear some type of eye protection\, like sunglasses. Feel free to wear/bring waders – on the last trip\, most brought waders and it looked like they were useful. We would also recommend bringing bug spray\, sunscreen and water. \nWhere can I contact the organizer with any questions?\n \nContact NSRWA at 781-659-8168 or email info@nsrwa.org. \nCANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel with a refund 48 hours before the event\, however\, membership and credit card fees are non-refundable.  If you cancel within 48 hours\, we reserve the right to refund 50% of your payment. \nWEATHER CANCELLATION: If we need to cancel the event due to weather\, we will either give you a refund\, or we will reschedule the event. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event\, you will receive a refund of the event fee\, less the membership and credit card fees.
