There are 1.65 miles of interconnecting trails including the A. J. McEachern Memorial Trail. The park’s varied habitats and proximity to the salt marsh and river make it a great location to look for great blue herons\, great egrets\, kingfishers\, ospreys and bald eagles. The month of May offers additional opportunities to see migrating shore birds and warblers. \nThe walk is over flat paved\, gravel and sand paths with no significant elevation changes. \nWhile we love dogs. NSRWA’s walks are dog-free in consideration for all participants. Please leave your furry loved ones at home. \nDirections: Parking is available at Driftway Conservation Park\, 251 Driftway in Scituate\, with overflow parking across the street.
