Tours of the Maritime and Irish Mossing Museum

The Maritime and Irish Mossing Museum is usually only open on Sundays from 1-4, but as a special 50th Anniversary event for the NSRWA, they will be giving two tours on Saturday, January 18, 2020. The Museum has exhibits on Irish Mossing, the Portland Gale and shipbuilding. Registration is required through the NSRWA because of limited space.

There is a $4 fee per person to support the museum. Please bring your $4 fees to the event.

The Museum is open from 2:00-5:00pm. There will be a tour from 2:00-3:15pm and a second one from 3:30-4:45pm.

Each time slot is limited to 25 people and each group will be split up into 3 docent led tours.
