Protecting our local waters requires constant vigilance. To help assure the NSRWA continues to be a strong and effective voice for our local waters into the future, a group of benefactors is leaving a bequest to our Association. These generous individuals are recognized as members of NSRWA’s Legacy Circle.

Please consider leaving a legacy gift to the NSRWA. Whether you name the NSRWA as a beneficiary in your will, retirement accounts, or insurance policy, you are ensuring your assets support the causes that are most important to you. By including the NSRWA in your estate plans, your generosity will protect local waters for future generations.

We would be pleased to welcome you into the NSRWA Legacy Circle and recognize you as a member of this group of dedicated supporters who are committed to leaving a lasting legacy to protect our waters. Please let us know if you have already included the NSRWA in your will or estate plans for us to recognize you as a member of our Legacy Circle.

Making a legacy gift to the NSRWA is simple. Add the language below to your will or file a change of beneficiary form with your insurance company or retirement plan. You can donate a specific dollar amount, a fixed percentage of your assets, or a residual portion of your estate. You can also make the NSRWA a beneficiary of your retirement plan or life insurance. Please seek advice from your tax advisor or attorney to ensure your wishes are met.

To leave a bequest to the NSRWA, you may include the following language in your will,

I give, devise, and bequeath to the North and South Rivers Watershed Association, a non-profit organization with principal business address of 214 South Street, Norwell, MA 02061 (tax identification number 23-7181992) the sum of $_______________ for the benefit if the North and South Rivers Watershed Association and its general purposes.

Thank you for your consideration. Making a legacy gift to the NSRWA shows your commitment to protecting our local waters now and in the future. Your visionary support will ensure future generations may enjoy and rely on precious local waters.

Having grown up on the North and South rivers, spending thousands of days waterskiing, clamming, boating, fishing, hunting and just chillin’, NSRWA’s responsible and forward thinking daily steward-ship continues to maintain and grow this incredible resource in a good way for generations to come.
This well-run organization has inspired me to estate plan and do-nate a significant legacy financial gift when I pass on to help NSRWA carry the torch to keep the mission candle burning to live on. I encourage others to do the same.
With gratitude,
Brad White, Marshfield Hills
