Sunday, November 6
10:00-11:30am

Join the NSRWA on a guided walk into the woods of Pembroke. Expand your nature knowledge as we identify trees, look for wildlife, engage in kid-friendly nature activities, and just enjoy some time outside. We will see the Herring Brook, a major tributary that joins with the Indian Head River to form the North River. Herring Brook is an active herring run. Walk also includes visiting abandoned cranberry bogs. So come join us for a fun fall walk in the watershed. This is a great program for families with kids!

Meet at the end of Learning Lane after driving past Hobomock Elementary and Pembroke High School. We will meet by the tennis courts at the end of the lane. Families welcome, no dogs please.

This event is free to the public, however, registration is required.
