Do you have a favorite area to walk on the South Shore that you would like to share with others? Do you have an expertise in flora or fauna that you would be willing to share on a guided walk? The NSRWA’s Walking Club is looking for Guest Hosts to lead guided walks on publicly accessible trails on the South Shore.

The Walking Club meets on the second Saturday of each month for an opportunity to socialize and explore nature. Walks are typically 1 1/2 hours in length. As a Guest Host, you would greet participants, provide a brief overview of the property, and guide observations and insights along the walk. A NSRWA Volunteer would be available to support you and provide information about the NSRWA for those interested. Some ideas include: native plants, tree walk, birding, insect walk, signs of fall, animal habitats, or exploring an estuary. If you are interested in “adventuring” with us.
